Synergy Financial Group, Inc. is the holding company for Synergy Bank, a community-oriented financial institution providing financial services, including retail banking services, one- to four-family residential mortgage loans, home equity loans, multi-family and non-residential loans, and consumer loans (car/truck and personal loans) within its market areas. Synergy Financial Group, Inc. also holds all of the stock of Synergy Financial Services, Inc., a New Jersey corporation incorporated in 1997 to further broaden the company's selection of financial products. Synergy Bank maintains its main office in Cranford, New Jersey and branch offices in Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, and Union counties in New Jersey, and gathers deposits primarily from its market area of Essex, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Somerset, and Union counties, New Jersey. Depositors with Synergy Bank are insured up to the maximum allowed by the Savings Association Insurance Fund of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
